Ottolinger’s Elusive Silicone and Ceramic Bags

Ottolinger is one emerging Berlin-based fashion brand that I continually come back to. The label mixes the art of deconstruction with craftiness. Patched-together knits with raw unraveling ends, abstract homespun acid washes, and tie-dyes are all part of the label's intrinsic DNA, but perhaps the most unique pieces from Ottolinger are the bags made out of silicone and ceramics.

Schiaperelli’s Jewelry by Daniel Roseberry

When it comes to the modern Schiaparelli brand, the jewelry is completely unparalleled. Designed by Daniel Roseberry, it touches on surrealism, humor, elegance and wit. Glasses rendered in sculpted brass, golden earrings shaped like the actual ear, gleaming eyeballs and pearl teeth with crystal cavities - what more could you ask for?

Rina Sawayama on Beauty and Diversity

Last year alone, pop star Rina Sawayama has been called “one to watch” by Vogue. She has also been on tour, opened shows for Charli XCX and had her first acting role in Turn Up Charlie, the Netflix comedy starring and produced by Idris Elba. In the past, she’s been signed as a model to Anti Agency and Elite Model Management, and has modeled for campaigns for Versus x Versace and Jourdan Dunn's Missguided.

Noir Kei Ninomiya Fall 2020

Although it's true that fashion week is finally over, there's one show in particular that's still on our minds: Noir Kei Ninomiya Fall 2020. Each season, the Japanese designer (part of the Comme des Garcons umbrella), creates some of the most spellbinding pieces, and Fall 2020 was no exception.

Issey Miyake: The Brand’s 2020 Comeback

And while Miyake may have "retired" from the active fashion world in 1997, he continues to oversee the overall direction of all lines created by his company, with individual lines designed by his staff. For the spring 2020 collection, however, the new appointed design director Satoshi Kondo has brought a fresh new life into the brand, solidifying it as one of the most exciting labels to watch for 2020.

Style Icon: Emma Peel

Emma Peel - super spy! Played by Diana Rigg, she was the shining star of the 1960's adventure series, The Avengers (definitely not related to the Marvel franchise). Emma Peel is amazing for a number of reasons, of course, one of the most important being her sense of style. But put simply, Emma Peel is the ultimate '60s style icon.

All About Issey Miyake – Spring/Summer 2018

He started with the idea of linking the east with the west in his fashion designs, and has continued with that idea in mind, still till this day--though the cult pieces seen on the runway are now designed by a team, rather than Miyake directly.
